Kavitha Prakash began her career in the IT industry as a business analyst. In 2016, she joined the Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office as a junior business analyst and currently serves as the Service Delivery Manager. Her journey with OnBase began in the fall of 2019 when she took on the role of OB Administrator. Following the election of a new Treasurer with a vision to go paperless, the demand for OnBase solutions expanded significantly across all departments. Attending CommunityLIVE in Las Vegas was a turning point, sparking new ideas and opportunities for OnBase implementation. Since then, Kavitha and her team have successfully integrated OnBase with accounting systems, property tax platforms, and banking data to enable electronic research and reconciliation
